Interscholastic Sports
Middle School sports are open to 7th and 8th grade students. Each participant must have a current physical on file prior to the start of any try-out, practice, or game participation. A current physical is one that is given on or after April 15 of the previous year.

All students must have a valid MHSAA physical on file in the Hayes Office or bring one with them to the first practice. A physical is considered current if it is dated on or after April 1st, 2020. 8th graders who had a physical from the 2019-2020 school year only require a MHSAA Health Questionnaire, which can be found at this link:
