Delta Mills Early Childhood Center

Effective August 26, 2025, all Little Comets Preschool operations will be held at Neff ECC in Grand Ledge. 

Beginning in the 25/26 school year, Delta Mills will be used as a site to expand GSRP offerings in Grand Ledge.

Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP)

This program is managed by Eaton RESA (in Charlotte), and Jen McCaffrey is the GSRP Supervisor – phone number is 517-541-8761. GSRP is a state-funded program that serves children who are age 4 by December 1st. Applications can be completed through the website at eatonpreschool.org – or call 517-541-8724. This is a full-day preschool program that runs Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.

MSU's Early Learning Institute provides specialized early intensive behavioral intervention programming for children ages 2–5 with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

For over 10 years, ELI has proudly served families in our community. We are deeply committed to supporting each child—and their family—through individualized, evidence-based practices that prepares our clients for a successful transition to kindergarten.

Our clinics are intentionally located within school-based early childhood settings. This allows our programming, grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), to be delivered in a naturalistic environment where children have meaningful access to peers and opportunities for social learning.
