How are we doing?
At Hayes Intermediate School, we take feedback from families seriously. Therefore, we plan to send periodic short surveys to see how we are doing while still respecting your time. For this survey, we will focus on communication. Please click here to give us feedback on a 2 question survey.
Essential Learnings and Proficiency Scales
Please review the recent communication from Superintendent Dr. Bill Barnes regarding Essential Learnings and Proficiency Scales if you would like more information on how student progress is monitored at Hayes Intermediate School. Teachers will be presenting student progress information using this format during upcoming Parent Teacher Conferences.
Parent/Teacher Conferences
Parent/Teacher Conferences will be:
Monday, November 6 from 4:00-7:00 PM
Wednesday, November 8 from 4:00-7:00 PM
Friday, November 10 from 12:00-3:00 PM
As communicated previously, conferences will be held via Zoom. Go to: https://www.ptcfast.com/schools/Hayes_Intermediate_School for detailed information and to sign up with your students' homeroom teacher and their switch teacher (not their enrichment teacher). Please sign up now up ASAP. Signup will close the day before the date of the scheduled conference. For example if you want to sign up for a conference on Monday November 6th the deadline to sign up will be Sunday November 5th.
