Parent/Teacher Conferences
Third Trimester Conferences will be held via Zoom meetings from 4:30 pm - 7:30 pm on Tuesday, April 30th and Thursday, May 2nd, 2024.
Zoom sessions are limited to 40 minutes at a time. If you get bumped out of your zoom conference or the teacher's waiting room, please go to your email and log back in using the teacher's zoom link. The teacher will admit you back in, however it may take a few moments.

Instructions on how to sign up for conferences
To schedule your time, simply click on the names of the teachers you would like to meet with from the link above regarding your student. You will be requested to enter the name of your student, the name(s) of the people attending the conference and your email address. After submitting your selections, an email will be sent to you from PTCfast.com containing a link. Clicking on this link will allow you to schedule your specific conference times.
Once you have completed selecting your student's teacher's, an appointment confirmation email will be sent with a complete schedule of your meeting times as well as each teacher's specific Zoom link that will give you access to your conference with them at your selected times. Please see the example below:
At the specified time of each conference, simply click on the zoom link from your email confirmation and you will be admitted into the teachers "waiting room" for your personal parent teacher conference. When you log into Zoom for your conference, please make sure that you add your first and last name so the teacher knows who they are meeting with. **Please keep your "appointment confirmation" email as your notice of when your conferences are and to have your zoom links available. The high school will not have a copy of your conference schedule.
Please remember, conferences are to discuss your student's academic progress. Teachers have limited time during these scheduled conferences and therefore we respectfully request that you only sign-up to meet with those teachers you need to see. It is important to know, however, that our staff is always willing to communicate with you via email. If a teacher you would like to meet with does not have any times available, please email him/her. Email addresses are the teacher's last name, then first initial, followed by @glcomets.net.
**School counselors will now be in attendance during our Parent Teacher Conferences to meet with parents if needed. If you are interested in meeting with the counselor, please sign up with your student's counselor only (based on your child's last name) by clicking on the scheduling link below:
