Dear Beagle Middle Parents, 

We had another great week here at Beagle Middle despite the unseasonable weather we had earlier in the week.  The year is moving right along, and it’s hard to believe that October is right around the corner.  Students continue to demonstrate Comet PRIDE on a consistent basis, holding themselves accountable for their learning and behavior.  In addition, extra curricular activities are ripping right along, and it's great to have our middle school sports finally housed in one location with the completion of the bond projects at Beagle. Again, we thank our parents very much for their consistent support as it takes a village to raise a child.  

At this time, we wanted to pass along some updates and reminders: 

School Picture Retake Reminder: For students that did not get pictures taken during schedule distribution or for students who did not like their original pictures, we will be hosting an additional picture-taking opportunity on Tuesday, October 4th during the school day.  For students requesting retakes, please bring the original picture packet to school on October 4th to return.  For those that did not have pictures taken, order forms will be available when pictures are taken.  

Monday, October 17th Half-Day: Classes begin at 7:55 and the day ends at 10:50.  On half-days, students do not report to CNC. 

Joint Hayes/Beagle PTO Meetings: Joint Hayes/Beagle PTO meetings are being hosted in a hybrid-fashion this year with the in-person opportunity being hosted here at Beagle in our media center.  Meetings are the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30-7:30pm.  Our next PTO meeting will be on Tuesday, October 11th.  We welcome parents to attend our PTO meetings either in-person or virtually.  If interested in attending virtually, here is the link: https://us02web.zoom.us/j/82744686994
