Delta Township Young Person of the Year Award - Must be a senior who resides in Delta Township that has excelled in either academics, music, arts, or athletics. Also must be a volunteer within the community or have overcome a personal or physical challenge. Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here. The Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT) Foundation- Is pleased to announce its scholarship and laptop programs for the 2018-2019 academic year. Click here to apply online.  Applications are open to women who are interested in pursuing careers such as computer science, information systems, computer engineering, software engineering, computer information systems, digital forensics and software engineering. This is not a complete list, but rather serves as examples.

AXA Achievement Scholarship - For applicants who are active in their community, have led a project that benefits others, or have overcome personal challenges.  Apply online at www.axa.com/achievers.  Further information is available in the Student Services Office.  Deadline is December 14, 2018.

Knights Templar Educational Foundation - Senior must be a permanent resident of Michigan pursuing a two or four year degree, graduate or trade school education. Applications available in the Student or click here Services Office. Deadline is February 15, 2018.

2019 MEA Scholarship - Must be a dependent of an MEA member or MEA retired member in good standing.  Priority is given on basis of academic achievement, extra-curricular activities, school and community service, and students from lower-income households.  Application available online by clicking here  or visit student services.   Deadline: February 21, 2019

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Scholarship - Available to black/African American female students with a 2.75 GPA or higher who reside in the greater Lansing area. Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here to apply on line. Application deadline is February 24, 2018.

Jason Plite Memorial Swimming Scholarship - Open to GLHS seniors only; seniors must list swimming achievements and future goals or plans involving swimming. Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here. Application deadline is March 1, 2018.

Jason Plite Memorial Artistic Scholarship - Open to GLHS seniors only; seniors will submit samples of artwork to be considered for this scholarship. Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here. Application deadline is March 1, 2018.

Rosa Parks Scholarship Foundation - Seniors must have GPA of 2.5 or above. Financial need will be a consideration. Click here to apply on line Informational flier available in the Student Services Office. Deadline is March 1, 2018.

Delta Kappa Gamma Upsilon Chapter - This $500 grant is available to female seniors who reside in Eaton County. Applications are available online at http://upsilonchapter-mi.weebly.com or in the Student Services Office. Application deadline is March 10, 2018.

PFCU Scholarship - Available to seniors who are members of PFCU.  Must have a 3.0 or higher GPA.  Apply online by clicking here www.pfcu4me.com/community/education/scholarship under the community tab, or applications are available in the Student Services Office.  Deadline is  March 15, 2019.  

Taco Bell Foundation - You must be a legal resident of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, at least 16 years of age and no older than 24 years of age, located in the United States or D.C. and on track to apply for or currently enrolled in an accredited post-high school/post-secondary educational programs (including accredited two-and four-year colleges, universities, vocational-technical and trade schools). https://www.tacobellfoundation.org/live-mas-scholarship/

Kiwanis Club of Delta Township- Kiwanis is a global organization dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time.  this scholarship was established in 2010 to benefit those graduating seniors of Grand Ledge High School that are moving towards higher education.  We would like to recognize those who have given their time and talent back to our community.  Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here.  Application deadline is March 27, 2018.

Alsame Annual Scholarship- ALSAME values high school students who have shown a strong commitment to supporting divesity in their schools and communities.  This scholaship is intended to recognize and support students who, through their past activivities or educational aspirations, have indicated an interest in the advancement of underrepresented groups in the United State.  This scholarship is not tuition restricted.  Please click here for an application.

Case Credit Union - Seven $1,000 scholarships will be awarded. Consideration will be given to academic achievement, financial need, community involvement, school activities, and individual awards and honors. Applications available at casecu.org or in the Student Services Office. Application deadline is March 30, 2018.

Wacousta-DeWitt Masonic Lodge Scholarship - Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here. Parent membership in this lodge is not a requirement. Application deadline is March 31, 2018.

Beagle Elementary PTO - Senior must have attended Beagle Elementary School and preference will be given to those who have volunteered time with the Beagle PTO or their parents donated time. Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here. Deadline is April 1, 2018.

Tom Schneider Peacemaker Award - Available to seniors in Ingham, Eaton, and Clinton counties who have demonstrated a commitment to peace activism and social justice work. Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here. Application deadline is April 1, 2018.

Michigan Retailers Association Scholarship - Senior or his/her parent must be employed at a business that is a member of Michigan Retailers Association. Click here to apply online. Further information available in the Student Services Office. Application deadline is April 2, 2018.

Hengesbach Memorial Scholarship Foundation - Will be awarded to a graduate who is pursuing a post-secondary vocation skilled trades education and training in an apprenticeship program or a post secondary educational institution.  Program of study may include Carpentry, HVACR, Electrical, Plumbing, Masonry, Architecture, or Construction Management.  Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here.  Deadline is April 2, 2018. 

John Lynden Barnes Memorial Scholarship - For a G.L.H.S. senior entering into a skilled trade school or apprenticeship program in the area of building construction, electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, or automotive mechanic.  Applications available in the Student Services Office.  Deadline is April 13, 2018.

Eaton Federal Savings Bank Herbert R. Black Memorial Scholarship - Two G.L.H.S. seniors will receive a scholarship.    Must have a minimum of 3.0 GPA and preferably show an interest in a business field or skilled trades.  Financial need will be considered.  Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here.  Deadline is April 13, 2018.

Lakewood Area Choral Society Scholarship - Upon graduation senior will pursue a major in vocal music education at a four year accredited institution. Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here to apply online. Deadline is April 18, 2018.

Clarice V. Pound Memorial Scholarship - This scholarship will be awarded to a current Grand Ledge High School senior who has been accepted into a four-year college. Must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a strong background in mathematics. Applications are available in the Student Services office or click here. Deadline is April 20, 2018.

Ryan Woodward Memorial Business Scholarship - Available to Grand Ledge High School seniors only.  Applications   available in the Student Services Office or http://www.woodysfund.org/.  Application deadline is April 27, 2018. 

Delta Side Business Association- The mission of the Delta Side Business Association is to promote businesses within Delta Township and the surrounding communities. The association's signature event is the annual community expo. Proceeds from this event are used to award multiple scholarships to local high school students, who reside in Delta Township, to be used toward the cost of higher education.  Applications available in the Student Services Office or vistit www.deltaside.org.  Application deadline is April 27, 2018.

Wacousta Elementary School PTIA Scholarship - Applicant must have attended Wacousta Elementary School.  Scholarships will be chosen by a drawing.  Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here.  Application deadline is April 27, 2018.

The Vomberg Trumley Foundation - This is a financial need-based scholarship offered to all Eaton County seniors. Sample applications are available in the Student Services Office, however, students must apply online at http://vombergtrumleyfoundation.weebly.com/. Application deadline is April 30, 2018.

Nancy Lange and Michael Kaufman Scholarship - Open to GLHS band and choir students.  Participation, dedication,  excellence, loyalty and leadership in band or choir will be considered.  Applications available by clicking here or visit Student Services Office.  Deadline: April 20, 2018.

Frontier Days 2018 - 2018 Marcia Weld Scholarship Competition. Submission Deadline is August 15, 2018 *Must be present for presentation to win* Scholarship is open to High School Juniors, High School Seniors and College Freshmen in Eaton County. Click here for the application.

Delta-Waverly Rotary Club Scholarship - Senior must be a resident of Delta Township and have a minimum grade point average of 2.5.  Also must display service to the community and/or school.  Applications available in the Student Services Office or click here for the application.  Deadline is May 10, 2018.

College Covered Scholarship Sweepstakes - The Discover Student Loans Scholarship Award Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and the U.S. territories who are at least sixteen (16) years old at the time of entry. Entrants must also be high school senior students who will be or college students who are enrolled at least half-time in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program or graduate program at an eligible school or parent/legal guardians of students that satisfy the above eligibility requirements.  Click here for more information.

ABC Law Centers Cerebral Palsy Scholarship-  Award one scholarship in the amount of $1,000 to a high school, undergraduate, or graduate student who has cerebral palsy. Please click here to apply on line. Deadline is July 31, 2019
