ANIME CLUB: Advisor Mr. Ortiz
ARCHERY: Advisor Mr. shaltry and Bs. Bronson - The Grand Ledge Archry eam is an individual and team sport that follow the curiculum of the NASP (National Archery in the School Program). Archer provides aplace for all kids to be successful as a school supported team and sport. Emphasis is placed n proper form and individual success. For more information: Naspschools.org
CALCULUS CLUB: Advisor Mr. McCartney - The Calculus Club focuses on how mathematics is used in real life. We try to learn to appreciate what Calculus has done for us and how important it is to our lives and our well being. Activities include Sled Day and a GM field trip to meet with engineers and get a tour of their facility. Through those activities and our monthly meetings, we see how Calculus has impacted the world around us.

ELE's PLACE: Advisor Mr. Mills - Ele’s Place is a non-profit community agency that has been offering grief support groups to children and their families for over 20 years. We at Grand Ledge High School are pleased to work together with Ele’s Place to offer this very special opportunity to your student. We know that children and teens can be deeply affected by the death of someone close to them, and we have seen children’s behavior, self-esteem, and school performance suffer as a result of their grief. GERMAN CLUB: Advisor Mrs. Firtl - The cost is $30 and checks can be made out to GLHS. Each month, the club will plan one activity. Possible activities include: Capture the Flag, Corn maze, day trip to Frankenmuth, day trip to Chicago's Christmas Market, bowling, Zap Zone, District 5, etc. Meetings will normally take place on the 1st Thursday of every month after school in room 216. MAGIC/COLLECTIBLE CARD GAME CLUB: Advisor Mr. Ellsworth
PALs : Advisor Paula Hoffman - PALs (Peer Assistance Leaders) are students who are selected to serve as a peer mentor/assistant for their fellow classmates at GLHS. In order to become a PAL, applications are accepted in the spring, interviews are conducted, and applicants are chosen for the potential to become a PAL. The selected students have to attend a 3 day training at Eaton RESA during the summer in order to serve as a PAL. PALs help with community service such as GLEAP food baskets, decorating for events at the Opera House, and donate toys for the Shopping Tour. PALs also assist our GLHS community by hosting Freshmen Formal, helping with orientations, assisting new students with tours, and organizing awareness campaigns such as Red Ribbon Week and Random Acts of Kindness Week. PALs are also available to assist students who need a kind ear to listen.

SAGA (Sexuality & Gender Acceeptanc): Advisor Ms. Bronson - SAGA is a club at GLHS which provides a safe and educatinal space where people of all sexualities and genders (that means ANYONE CAN JOIN) can create change! Meetings are always on Tuesdays starting September 12th 2017.
